The stone holds the light late
Charente is a land of pale limestone, low valleys and villages where you can hear church bells. The houses there are wide, with sixty-centimetre walls that keep in the coolness in July and the warmth in January.
Angoulême est à trente minutes, Bordeaux à deux heures en voiture, Paris à deux heures en TGV. Le marché du samedi reste le rendez-vous du village, et il faut encore compter trois quarts d’heure pour aller voir la mer.

La moitié de nos acquéreurs viennent de l’étranger. Nous travaillons en français, en anglaiss, et nous restons présents après la signature, pour les artisans, les démarches et le reste.
